Your user name is your business email address. In some cases email addresses are shared between employees, while we don't recommend doing this, it can sometimes be the case.
If you cannot remember the email address you or your business/department/branch uses to log into Portal, you will need to lodge a Support Centre Ticket to request this information.
For security and privacy reasons, we cannot give you your login information over the phone.
User name enquiries can only be processed during business hours, Monday to Friday.
